Legiano Responsible Gambling
Gambling is entertainment. Legiano operates under a Curaçao licence (OGL/2023/158/0074), held by Liernin Enterprises Ltd, and this page sets out the tools available to you, the external organisations that can help, and how to reach us directly. Nothing here is legal advice. It is a plain account of what exists and how to use it.
Our commitment
Legiano is licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board under licence number OGL/2023/158/0074. Disputes that cannot be resolved internally are referred to Curaçao-based external dispute resolution. Because Legiano does not hold a licence from any Canadian provincial regulator, integration with provincial responsible-gambling programs does not apply to this site.
Tools available
Several account-level controls are available to you. To set or adjust any of them, contact our support team by email and the change will be applied to your account.
Tools you can request:
- Deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly)
- Loss limits
- Session time limits and reality check reminders
- Cool-off periods
- Self-exclusion for a defined period or indefinitely
Self-exclusion and account closure are not available through the account dashboard as self-service actions. Both are handled by emailing support directly. Account closure is only processed once your balance is at zero and no withdrawals are pending, so withdraw any remaining funds before making the request. If you want your account closed, email us and we will action it.
Signs to watch for
Some patterns are worth recognising as signals that gambling has moved outside its intended role.
- Chasing losses by placing further bets to recover money already lost
- Spending more time or money gambling than you planned
- Gambling affecting time with family, friends, or work
- Borrowing money or selling possessions to fund gambling
- Feeling irritable or restless when not gambling
- Hiding gambling activity from people close to you
