Legiano Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Liernin Enterprises Ltd, the entity operating Legiano under Curaçao Gaming Control Board licence number OGL/2023/158/0074. This agreement governs account registration and use, deposits and withdrawals, bonuses and promotions, responsible gambling tools, and dispute resolution. By accessing or using any part of the Legiano service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full.

About us and licensing

Legiano is operated by Liernin Enterprises Ltd, registration number 126211, registered in the Marshall Islands. The service is licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board under licence number OGL/2023/158/0074, covering both casino and sportsbook activity. Liernin Enterprises Ltd is part of the Rabidi N.V. group, which operates a number of related casino brands including Wazamba, Alf Casino, and Cadoola, among others. Curaçao licensing provides offshore regulatory oversight; disputes that cannot be resolved internally may be escalated to the Curaçao Gaming Control Board.

Account registration and eligibility

You must be at least 19 years of age to register an account and use the Legiano service. Residents of the following jurisdictions are prohibited from registering or playing: the United Kingdom, the United States, Sweden, the Netherlands, Malta, Curaçao, Armenia, Tunisia, Indonesia, Georgia, and Malaysia, as well as any other jurisdiction we designate as restricted from time to time. You may hold only one account per person; duplicate accounts are prohibited and may be closed without notice. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration and update that information promptly if it changes. Before we process your first withdrawal, you must complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting the documents we request. We reserve the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account that breaches these terms or where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, misrepresentation, or abuse.

Deposits and withdrawals

We accept deposits via credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), e-wallets (MiFinity, Jeton, Revolut, Zimpler), bank and fast-bank transfers, prepaid vouchers (Paysafecard), Apple Pay, and ten cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, TRON, USDC, BNB, Dogecoin, Solana, USDC on Solana, and Cardano. The minimum deposit is €10 for most methods and €30 for Bitcoin; the maximum deposit per transaction is €5 000. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to your account’s fiat balance at the prevailing rate and are not held natively. Withdrawals are processed on our side within three business days (Monday to Friday, 06:00–17:00 GMT); total delivery time is a few hours after approval for cryptocurrency, 24–48 hours for e-wallets, and 3–5 business days for cards and bank transfers. Monthly withdrawal limits are tiered by VIP level, ranging from €7 000 at entry level to €30 000 at VIP Level 5, and you may hold a maximum of three pending withdrawal requests at any time. Where possible, withdrawals are returned to the same method used for the qualifying deposit. If a deposit has not been wagered at least once before withdrawal is requested, a commission of 15% applies to card and bank transfer withdrawals and 10% (minimum €0.50) applies to e-wallet and cryptocurrency withdrawals. KYC verification must be completed before we release any withdrawal.

Bonuses and promotions

Each promotion carries its own specific terms, published on the relevant promotion page, but the following standard conditions apply across all deposit bonuses and free spins offers on the Legiano platform. Deposit bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement of 35x the combined deposit and bonus amount; free spins winnings and no-deposit bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 40x. The maximum permitted bet while a bonus is active and wagering is incomplete is €5 per round or spin; bets exceeding this limit may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings. The maximum cashout from bonus winnings is ten times the bonus amount, except where a specific promotion states otherwise. Bonuses must be used within 10 days of issue for casino offers (30 days for sports offers), after which they expire. Game contribution towards wagering is as follows: slots contribute 100%, live casino games and video poker contribute 10%, and table and card games contribute 0%; jackpot slots, Slingo, and bingo titles are not playable with active bonus funds. We reserve the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where we identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk or hedge betting, placing single bets above €100 before wagering requirements are met, or deliberately switching between game categories after a significant win to exploit contribution weightings.

Responsible gambling

We provide a range of responsible gambling tools including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests submitted via [email protected] or [email protected] are processed promptly, and access to the service is restricted as soon as the request is confirmed.

Dispute resolution

If you have a complaint, contact our support team in the first instance via live chat or by emailing [email protected] , where we respond within 24 hours. If your complaint is not resolved at that stage, submit a formal complaint to [email protected] ; we provide an outcome within 10 days of receipt. If a complaint remains unresolved after exhausting our internal process, you may escalate the matter to the Curaçao Gaming Control Board as the licensing regulator. We do not currently operate under the jurisdiction of any Canadian provincial or EU alternative dispute resolution scheme.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting a revised version on this page, with the effective date noted at the top of the document; where a change is material, we will provide notice by email or by a prominent on-site notification. Your continued use of the Legiano service after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
